Process documentation
The procedural documentation is required within the framework of the GoBD ("Principles for the proper maintenance and storage of books, records and documents in an electronic form and for data access").
The GoBD requires a procedure documentation for each data processing system that is relevant for the accounting, from which the content, structure, sequence and results of the data processing procedure are comprehensible.
We develop individual process documentation together with our customers. This creates an important foundation for the GoBD. At the same time, the creation of process documentation offers the opportunity to critically examine one's own processes and to realize transparency as well as efficiency potentials.
