• Developing ECM strategies and designing enterprise-wide ECM landscapes
• Designing Processes and implementing them in IT Architecture
• Developing ECM concepts and solutions, as well as independently implementing them in areas such as document management systems (DMS), archiving, and integration with existing systems, or migration of existing systems
• Independently leading your projects and managing consultants working on the project
• Conducting audits and quality reviews with your clients
