§ Information on the Collection of Personal Data
(1) Below, we provide information on the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data refers to any information that relates to an identified or identifiable person, such as name, address, email addresses and user behavior.
(2) According to Article 4 (7) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data controller is Doctra GmbH. The managing directors are Ralph Wieland and Tobias Müller (see our legal notice). (3) When you contact us via email or through a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, and if applicable, your name and phone number) will be stored by us to respond to your inquiries. We will delete the data collected in this context once it is no longer necessary for storage or restrict its processing if legal retention obligations apply.
(4) If we used commissioned service providers for specific functions of our services or wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will provide detailed information about these processes below. In doing so, we also specify the criteria determining the duration of storage.

§ 3 Collection of Personal Data When Visiting Our Website
(1) When you use the website for informational purposes only, meaning if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we collect only the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. When you view our website, we collect the following data that is technically necessary for us to display our website and to ensure stability and security (the legal basis is Article 6 (1) sentence 1(f) GDPR):

(2) Additionally, to the previously named data, the use of cookies on our website will be saved on your computer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and associated with the browser you are using. They allow the entity that sets the cookie (in this case, us) to receive certain information. Cookies cannot run programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They are used to make the overall internet offering more user-friendly and effective.
(3) Use of Cookies
a) This website only uses transient cookies. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. This includes session cookies. These store a so-called Session ID, which allows different requests from your browser to be assigned to the same session. Your computer will be recognized when you come back to our website. The session cookies get deleted, when you log out or when you close your browser.
b) You can configure your browser settings to your wishes and for an example the acceptance of third-party cookies or rejecting all cookies. We would like to point out that eventually you will not be able to use all functions of this website.
§ 4 Transmission– SSL Encryption
This website uses a 256-bit-SSL (AES) encryption technology. Typically, this involves 256-bit encryption. In case your browser does not support a 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 technology instead. Whether a specific page of our website is transmitted securely can be identified by the closed padlock symbol displayed in the lower status bar of your browser.
